Collaborating with Small Luxury Hotels, a prestigious collection of boutique properties, we set out to develop a cohesive and impactful communications strategy that would elevate their brand presence globally.
The key challenges were:
Creating a unified voice across multiple properties in Europe and Southeast Asia.
Designing a content strategy adaptable across both online and offline channels.
Enhancing brand engagement in competitive luxury hospitality markets.

As Project Director collaborating with Hermana Creatives, I spearheaded the strategy and creative direction for Small Luxury Hotels. My contributions included:
Content Strategy Development: Designed and implemented a communications strategy starting with social media and expanding to other digital and offline platforms.
Collaborative Creative Direction: Led the creative direction of content production in close collaboration with SLH’s in-house team and photographers, ensuring brand-aligned storytelling.
Social Media Management: Oversaw content creation and curation for SLH properties in Europe and Southeast Asia, ensuring regional relevance and engagement.
Brand Cohesion: Developed guidelines to unify messaging, tone, and visual identity across multiple hotel properties.
